HPD to host gun buyback Aug. 15 amid rise in violence

As part of an ongoing effort to tamp down violence in West Oahu, the Honolulu Police Department and the state Department of Law Enforcement will host a gun buyback event on Aug. 15 at the Waianae Police Station.
