Man makes initial court appearance for terroristic threatening

A 42-year-old man, who allegedly threatened to shoot a 33-year-old woman in the Kapolei area on Sept. 1 and allegedly told police he was a Customs and Border Protection agent, made his initial appearance in Honolulu District Court on Friday.
