Woman, 18, and her mom indicted following viral video of Wahiawa assault

An 18-year-old woman and her 44-year-old mother have been indicted on multiple criminal charges in a Wahiawa bullying case after a video of an assault went viral on social media in May, Honolulu prosecutors and police said today.
