Column: It’s time to revise the 2nd Amendment

Congratulations to Julian Agonoy for his thoughtful article, “Lives aren’t mere statistics — it’s time to end gun violence” (Star-Advertiser, Raise Your Hand, Oct. 5). While his urgent plea to lawmakers is commendable, he provides no specifics. So, here is what should be done:
