Letter: Falls of Clyde reduced to sunken treasure of Oahu

Did you hear? The historic Falls of Clyde sailing ship that was built in 1878 was hauled 25 miles out to sea Wednesday from Honolulu. It was a sad day that history was removed, and the state could not bring it ashore where it could retire with honor.
