Letter: Start campaign to urge better use of turn signals

As a motorist, bicyclist and pedestrian, I urge the state Department of Transportation and the Mayor’s Office to initiate a “Don’t be a stinker, use your blinker” campaign, reminding motorists to use their turn signals.
