Why are the facilities at beaches on Hanalei Bay in such perpetually awful shape? The restroom at Black Pot Beach near the Hanalei Pier that was built after the devastating 2018 flood is almost always disgustingly dirty, and the door to the men’s room has been broken for years. Today I saw that the women’s room door latch is completely broken, as well. Kauai County must know this as well as I do. This is just inexcusable.
