Letter: When it comes to U.S. immigration, law is law

No matter how good of a driver someone might be, if they don’t have a legal driver’s license, they should not be behind the wheel of a car. Without a license they would be driving illegally and subject to the law. Giving leniency based on the fact that the illegal driver has been driving without a license for many years is lunacy.
