Wahiawa man gets 20-years for sexual assault of foster kids

A 33-year-old Wahiawa man, convicted in the sexual assault of two foster children for more than seven years while they were under his mother’s care and with her knowledge, was sentenced Wednesday in Oahu Circuit Court to 20 years in prison.
