Letter: Just not enough money, notably for stadium, rail

In the Dec. 21 Star-Advertiser, an article about the Hawai‘i Convention Center discussed an audit that shows the center is breaking even in revenue and costs (“Roof repair work climbs to $87M — a 70% surge”). The other large capital projects, the new Aloha Stadium and the Oahu rail, will never break even.
