Kokua Line: Is Kaiser emailing members about privacy settlement?

Question: I recently received an email about a proposed class action settlement against Kaiser for breach of privacy. I am a member of Kaiser. I think it is legitimate, but before I click on the link, I thought I would check. Do you know if this is a legitimate thing or a scam?
