Waianae school learns how to mitigate invasive coconut beetle

Eric Nourrie helped launch the agriculture program at Ka Waihona O Ka Na‘auao Public Charter School in 2020. Two years later, the first trees on campus were attacked by the coconut rhinoceros beetle.
