Letter: Ward Village reneges on dog-friendly policy

Ward Village repeatedly represented itself as a pet-friendly community. Howard Hughes marketed Ward Village as welcoming to pets without qualification, and residents relied on those representations when deciding to make Ward Village their home. The promise was that all of Ward Village would be pet friendly, not just certain areas.
