Editorial: Tighten traffic law and enforcement

After three years of court proceedings, Mitchel Miyashiro, 48, will be sentenced for the 2023 hit-and-run death of Sara Yara, a 16-year-old who was fatally struck in a marked crosswalk while walking to class at McKinley High School.
