Kokua Line: Will Instacart driver know I’m a bad tipper?

Question: Can Instacart shoppers/delivery drivers see a customer’s tip before they accept the customer’s order? I ask because a bunch of people were complaining (on social media) about not being able to get groceries delivered and I was going to chime in and my granddaughter said don’t because I will be showing that I am a bad tipper. She said that Instacart drivers choose which orders to fill and avoid bad tippers.
