Off the news: Airport duty-free shops get local infusion

Duty-free shopping at the Honolulu and Kahului airports is getting a renewed lease on retail life, and it features a bevy of local vendors. International Shoppes assumed operations this week, taking over from DFS Group, which exited Hawaii earlier this year after more than 60 years.
