Letter: State leaders dropped the ball with PGA Tour

Once again Hawaii loses. The governor and state Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism director have now cost Oahu and Big Island businesses $150 million in lost revenue for next year (“PGA Tour cuts Hawaii events from 2027,” Star-Advertiser, April 21). These guys could get billions in high-rise investments, but can’t sell the PGA on Hawaii’s beautiful golf courses. Shame on them for dropping the ball.
