Sylvia Luke on indefinite leave as Keith Regan becomes acting lieutenant governor

Sylvia Luke is now on unpaid “indefinite leave” after the state Attorney General sent the lieutenant governor a target letter in a bribery investigation with ties to Hawaii’s infamous 2022 political scandal that sent two state legislators to federal prison.
