Letter: Outmoded cannabis bias hurts patients

This is cruel. Patients who need cannabis for pain, sleep, nausea and daily function are being crushed by a system built on fear, scarcity and outdated thinking. On an island where everything already costs too much, that is not policy — it is punishment.
