Letter: Fish collection bill too watered-down

As a resident of Hawaii island, an invested scuba diver and someone who cares deeply about Hawaii’s reefs, I am concerned by what has happened to House Bill 2101. What began as a statewide measure to prohibit commercial aquarium collection has since been gutted by our elected officials.
