Property manager, 66, is charged after embezzling more than $647K

A 66-year-old property manager turned himself into Honolulu Police Department officers Monday and is facing state felony charges after he allegedly stole $647,061.09 from several homeowners associations as part of a scheme involving an Oahu construction contractor.
