Letter: Homeless camps should join forces, build houses

In response to the homeless encampments, here is a possible idea (“Cleanup underway of floating homeless encampments,” Star-Advertiser, April 21). I realize most of the comments are based on frustration with the system. I am sure the homeless feel the same way. Maybe it would be a time to bring the leaders of each encampment together to discuss a sweat equity program.
