Editorial: Voting method is for state to decide

Hawaii is more than two months away from when the first mail-in ballots appear in mailboxes statewide, but it’s not too soon to start thinking about the issue. This is particularly evident with all the shakeups around elections happening nationwide, including attacks on the use of voting by mail, and the privacy of voters’ information submitted to the states.
