Hirono raises concerns about forest service cuts

U.S. Sen. Mazie Hirono is demanding that the U.S. Forest Service turn over a long-awaited federal study on the feasibility of creating a national forest system unit in Hawaii, accusing the agency and the Trump administration of disregarding Congress and withholding information required by law.
