Letter: OHA must get priorities in order for Hawaiians

The Office of Hawaiian Affairs should rethink its priorities for Native Hawaiians. The No. 1 priority is housing, without a doubt. A recent study on homelessness stated there are more Hawaiians experiencing homelessness than any other racial group in their own homeland.
