Hawaii County moves to use eminent domain to widen Puna road

HILO >> A Hawaii County Council committee unanimously has approved a resolution to acquire 3.74 acres along Government Beach Road in Puna using eminent domain in order to widen the winding, one-lane scenic seaside route.
