Hawaiian Airlines shifts to paid main cabin menu with celebrated local chef

Hawaiian Airlines will end complimentary meals in its main cabin on domestic long-haul flights and shift to a paid, pre-order menu developed with a James Beard-recognized Hawaii chef, the carrier said today, noting that the move is part of a broader overhaul of its onboard service.
