HPD releases photo of another suspect in Waialee Beach assault

The Honolulu Police Department is asking the public for help identifying a man captured in photographs during an assault when a 23-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy suffered broken bones and concussions at Waialee Beach on Saturday night.
