Editorial: Deadly Big Island road needs action

When what was called the Saddle Road was renamed in 2013 in honor of Hawaii’s late U.S. Sen. Daniel Inouye, then-Gov. Neil Abercrombie issued a statement that upgrading of the road was a big improvement.
