Letter: Enact law to aid kupuna against crypto scams

Kupuna are the most vulnerable victims of fraud and scams. According to the FBI, Hawaii’s consumers lost $3.85 million to scams involving cryptocurrency kiosks/ATMs in 2025, nearly four times what was reported in 2024.
