Seventh suspect pleads not guilty in Waialee Beach beating

A 19-year-old man pleaded not guilty this morning to first-degree attempted assault in the May 30 Waialee Beach beating of a 23-year-old man, who said he came to the aid of a 15-year-old boy being attacked by a mob.
