Man charged in mob beating of North Shore lifeguard pleads not guilty

Tristen Pakele-Picanco, charged in the attack against a 23-year-old lifeguard who intervened in the May 30 mob beating of a 15-year-old boy, pleaded not guilty to first-degree attempted assault Friday morning.
