Kokua Line: What is ‘Never Ever’ campaign?

Question: A man supposedly from a federal agency I’d never heard of called saying I must take immediate action to protect my pension. I was suspicious because I never worked for the government (no federal pension) but I have a spam blocker on my phone and the call came through so I’m not sure. I hung up on him but maybe I should have listened. Is there a way to check?
