Letter: Love of country should trump personal politics

I was disheartened to see that Donald Trump was booed by fans at Game 3 of the NBA Finals in New York City on June 8. The next day, I had an amazing discussion with a neighbor about whether Trump would be met with a standing ovation or booed by an audience here in Hawaii. I argued that we have more aloha for America than disdain to boo a president.
