Letter: New freeway would ease traffic, boost economy

Honolulu can further alleviate surface street gridlock by constructing an H-4 freeway extension from the west end of Dillingham Boulevard, through metro Honolulu to the edge of Waikiki and up toward the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Then, add Skyline tracks along the route.
