Things just got a lot smoother for the Rough Riders. The lucky students and staff of President Theodore Roosevelt High School now have a spiffy new 55,000-square-foot gymnasium — a major upgrade for athletics, school assemblies and yes, even emergency shelter capacity for the community should the need arise.
