Letter: Hawaii a no-show at D.C. fair amid SNAP errors

It is disgusting that Hawaii, tourist capital of the U.S., doesn’t have an official delegation at the “Great American State Fair” in Washington, D.C. The reason is obvious, but the state says it’s because of funding and staffing limitations.
