Motorcyclist, 18, dies after Kapolei crash

An 18-year-old motorcyclist died Tuesday night after losing control of his motorcycle and crashing into a concrete barrier on a Kalaeloa Boulevard off-ramp in Kapolei, according to the Honolulu Police Department.
