Letter: Think outside the box to fund necessary projects

Hawaii needs new revenue sources to fund essential current and future projects, from schools to Skyline, beach erosion mitigation and infrastructure that must withstand climate change. The following ideas should be carefully studied and debated rather than quickly dismissed.
