Letter: Gun crime reporting will put propaganda to bed

I agree with a recent letter calling for officials and the news to report on whether shooters are legal gun owners (“Only fair to report gun violence details,” Star-Advertiser, July 5). That’s the easiest way to disprove the assertion that all legal gun owners are responsible and only criminals use firearms to kill.
