Justices make rare Capitol Hill appearance to warn of threats against them

WASHINGTON >> In a rare appearance before Congress, Supreme Court justices sought more security funding today and warned of a sharp rise in threats against them. Justice Amy Coney Barrett recounted being sent home with a bulletproof vest and targeted in a recent “swatting” hoax.
