Maine ICE shooting puts Sen. Susan Collins in a political bind

PORTLAND, Maine >> Republican U.S. Sen. Susan Collins received a political gift when the withdrawal of her opponent Graham Platner threw the Maine Democratic Party into chaos. Then Immigration and Customs Enforcement fatally shot a man at a traffic stop in the coastal town of Biddeford.
