Letter: HECO never committed to serve Kakaako project

The July 27 article “Kakaako power constraints” and a July 30 editorial both stated Hawaiian Electric “pulled” a will-serve letter for Pohukaina Commons (“Act quickly to fix Kakaako energy,” Star-Advertiser, Our View). That isn’t true.
