Letter: People with means can help Waikiki homeless

Every day in Waikiki, people are struggling with homelessness, mental illness, addiction and a lack of access to basic medical care. Driving to work, I see people on nearly every corner who appear to desperately need help — medical attention, food, clean clothing or simply someone willing to care enough to help them find a better path.
