Letter: State slow to act when it comes to fixing schools

I read the recent article about aging isle schools, as well as comments from teachers who are concerned that classrooms are badly in need of repairs (“Aging isle schools disrupt classes, teachers say,” Star-Advertiser, Aug. 3). More delays increase the costs of repairs.
