Letter: Telcom customer service department phones it in

I have been a Hawaiian Telcom customer for more than 40 years. My voicemail stopped working in August 2025, and despite numerous phone calls, online chats and written letters to management over the past year, the problem remains unresolved. I was told it had finally been fixed in May, but the problems returned in July.
