Letter: Feral cat feeding ban exacerbates problem

The Star-Advertiser editorial board supports the proposed law prohibiting cat colony feeding on public lands, intending to curb cat colonies (“Enact law to curb feral cat colonies,” Our View, Aug. 19). It will not work, for several reasons.
