Tropical Storm Norbert expected to dissipate away from Hawaii

Tropical Storm Norbert continues to move westward at 12 mph over the East Pacific and is expected to become a post-tropical remnant low before dissipating early this week far from the Hawaiian Islands, according to the National Hurricane Center.
