Letter: Highway streetlights in need of recalibration

Driving on a dark, overcast, rainy day on the Likelike Highway near the Wilson Tunnel can be scary when visibility drops to almost zero, and it doesn’t take a hurricane to give us these conditions. Same goes for the Pali and the H-3. Sometimes it rains so hard that it’s difficult to see the road and car ahead, and one can only hope that the car behind can see you.
