Letter: Giuliani makes offensive claims about Mamdani

I am glad you published the article exposing former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s ignorant and slanderous diatribe against the present mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani (“Giuliani says Mamdani should skip 9/11 memorial,” Star-Advertiser, Sept. 7). Giuliani even falsely suggested that Mamdani held similar views to the terrorist who perpetrated the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center. Giuliani also condemned Mamdani’s religion.
